This Arbois is called singular, because a single varietal composed, Keychain, from 5 different places: Rosières, Béranger, to Muzard, chores under Curon and the heaths, featuring a beautiful geological unit, with calcareous scree on of the lias clays. In total, this represents 2.78 hectares of vineyards of 80 years old, so mix youth and maturity.
After manual harvest sorted with thoroughness and a Destemming, the grapes are vinified by the Tissot in tapered wooden vats and reared in new demi-muid in the tenth for a year.
