From the best plots of Arbin (owned by Joseph Trosset), is the new vintage of the last generation, Guillaume and Roman. The Mondeuse land done Brunettes share beautiful black fruit and juicy, full of cold ash and smoke notes, this is a very nice wine, accomplished and sincere.
Brown earths are grown and traditionally fermented in order to preserve the authenticity of the fruit of this variety.
It can be drunk in its youth but ideally wait 2 years to enjoy it fully.
