Côtes du Rhône
Le Côtes-du-Rhône est un assemblage de Syrah et de Grenache. Ces cépages proviennent de trois hectares de vignes proches de Vinsobres. La vinification se produit en cuves et la fermentation commence avec des levures indigènes. Le vin n’est pas filtré, et une quantité minimale de sulfure est ajoutée.
