First produced in 1996. A large assemblage of Grenache (average age 40), supplemented by Carignan (planted in 1972) and Syrah (planted in 83), it is the most "terroir" wine of our Côtes-du-Rhône. It owes much to the personality of the Carignan which gives it an assertive tannic frame, tempered by the fat and sweet spices of Grenache.
