A very successful Cuvée du Patron, in a greedy and flattering style, reminiscent of the Young Vines, which validates Cyril's choice. A vintage that has its place in the range of the estate.
A cuvée that is not produced systematically. Cyril Fhal considers it necessary to produce this cuvée when he considers that some barrels of grenache and carignan do not have the profile he wants to fit into his two main vintages: the Young Vines and the Old Vines. He then decides to assemble these barrels to create this Cuvée du Patron.
