Vinified and raised in clay amphora, with very little or no added sulphur, Amphora Blanc presents a very singular style that has made its fame, dominated by fragrances of lime, scrub and wild herbs. Powerful but in balance, this vermentino (named Rolle in Provence) delivers a finale of remarkable persistence and salinity, perfectly reflecting the terroir of the island.
