The " Sydre crude tender ' is a semi-dry cider that has requested a longer than crude fermentation of 20 varieties of apples.

This cider offers of very beautiful winey and fruityflavors, with freshness and bubbles a remarkable finesse.

Eric Bordelet area, is located in southern Normandy, on the massif Armoricain in an extension of the Domfrontais on the borders of Mayenne and Orne.
