The color is pink, delicate Granada, with reflections slightly orange. Excitement is strong and light, with a persistent bead.
The nose is subtle and fresh, first offering a range of original exotic fruits (guava, lychee), and red berries (raspberry, cherry, strawberry Woods). Notes of rose and grenade round out this complex and intense, aromatic profile dominated by little advanced primary aromas.
On the palate, the attack is frank and full, rocked by a gentle effervescence. The aromas of red fruits just picked is fully express themselves. Balance combines gourmet roundness and pretty cool, which is expressed on a touch elegant and invigorating Mint and pink grapefruit.
Ruinart Rose is a champagne of a user-friendly you will take pleasure to consume throughout a meal, from aperitif to dessert.
It will be highlighted by thin slices of raw ham Italian character (San Daniele, Parma...). Input, a salmon cooked or prepared in the Japanese "tataki" will reveal in its many facets.
