The vintage white of blacks, Aÿ Vauzelle 2005 term of the House of Jacquesson is especially rare.
From the collection of the history of the House of Jacquesson, it's a champagne made from grapes coming from the Vauzelle term plot, located in Aÿ, a plot at hillside and oriented due South. On the 30 acres of the plot are planted 2500 feet of Pinot Noir for 30 years.
Fermented in lightning and bottled in 2005, this cuvée has then patiently aged in the cellars of the House prior to be disgorged in February 20 and be dosed very lightly (1, 5 g/L). This vintage gave birth to 2360 bottles and 200 magnums.
This vintage white of blacks not surprised its power, its extent and its fineness. A vinous champagne, aromas of dried fruits, quince, and sweet spices. A champagne with the incredible volume, lining the elegant Palace of aromas, worn by a silky, creamy texture. Minerality flush permanently, elegant and noble, and applies the finish on an endless final.
A wine that can be enjoyed now or evolve again at length in the cellar.
