La Mauriane
Propriété de Pierre Taïx, ce petit cru de 6,65 hectares s’est rendu incontournable dans l’appellation Puisseguin Saint-Emilion. Planté sur un plateau argilo-calcaire et ses coteaux calcaires, le vignoble du Château La Mauriane est conduit en agriculture biologique (certifié depuis 2012). Son âge est également notable : 60 ans en moyenne.
Vinifiés en cuves inox et richement élevés en demi-muids de chêne 100% neufs, les vins retranscrivent toute la sève du merlot (74% de l’encépagement) et la fraîcheur savoureusement épicée du cabernet franc.
