The Courbu, petit and gros manseng, in equal parts, are aged for a year in casks and invite the potential, in terms of structure and length, for gastronomic adventure.
Domaine Camin Larredya is run by Jean-Marc Grussaute, who took over from his parents in 1988, with the aim of pushing ever further towards the quality of the blends and vinifications. The vineyard has 9.5 hectares of vines certified in Organic Agriculture Agrocert, of which 4 are cultivated on terraces planted with gros manseng (27%), petit manseng (65%), petit courbu and camaralet (8%).
Domaine Camin Larredya produces a range of dry and sweet Jurançon wines of very high quality, the fruit of the work of a team dedicated to the family and human dimension of the business: the gestures of each person and their meaning serve the cause of the terroir and its durability. Skilful, passionate and a perfectionist, Jean-Marc Grussaute is without doubt one of the elite of the appellation.

Thérèse and Michel Riouspeyrous, who are now quietly handing over the estate to their sons Iban and Théo, can be proud of their success on their family estate. They have become the reference for Basque wines and perhaps even for the whole of the South West. They own 8 hectares of vines on a very particular terroir which mixes poor soils and altitude (sometimes 400 metres!). Soils of sandstone, ophite, schist, ampelite... which, when worked in parcels with local grape varieties (courbu, petit manseng, tannat...), show the full potential of this land.
