This beer is produced from a mixture of 7 varieties of malted barley and hops from around the world, to which elderflowers and lemon zest have been added. It's a thirsty beer, very thirsty.

The Williams brothers' range of beers is made up of traditional ales: The Williams; typically Scottish beers: the Scottish Ales; and more original beers: specials, intended for an "export" market or to an epicurean clientele. All these beers can be a little murky, or have a slight deposit.

- Color: deep gold
- Nose: charmer. All fruit and exotic on lemon, passion and notes of apple cider.
- Palate: more malty, it grows on cereals but does not dominate the fruity character present in the nose. Medicinal point.
- Final: medium, a rather slight bitterness. It extends to cereals
