For shipments outside metropolitan France, shipping costs are calculated automatically for 27 countries + Corsica.
For other destinations, we always offer the most economical cost of the moment, taking into account your country, the content of your order and the rates of our providers.
If you accept it, we offer you several simple payment methods.
If you do not accept it, we will immediately credit your credit card again.

Delivery in Europe: 3 to 8 working days on average depending on destination, after payment of the shipping costs calculated as accurately as possible (see example above)

Postponed delivery:
You have the possibility to postpone the delivery of your order free of charge for a maximum period of 2 months from the date of order.
The main interest of this deferred delivery is to be able to benefit the free shipping (€490f or France) by adding several orders during this 2 month period. You can use this delivery method for any other reason, for example to avoid a heat peak during transport.
If you have not triggered your delivery at the end of the 2 months, we will take the liberty of calling you to offer you 2 options:
- proceed with the delivery of your order(s) after payment of the shipping costs (except in the case of free shipping)
- offer you our storage service in our air-conditioned cellar, a service charged at €1 per order and per day of storage (insurance included), whatever the order. You decide when you want your order to be delivered.
ADVANTAGES FOR GROUPED ORDERS, AMBASSADORS, IMPORTERS, PROFESSIONALS:
A single delivery place limits the costs and the ecological impact of transport. If you join your order with those of other people, we offer you an additional voucher, depending on the total amount of your purchases.
If you are already a customer, you can also apply to become a member of our ambassador team (see icon: become an ambassador).
If you are an importer, a professional, a wine bar manager or a delicatessen manager, we can study for you a selection adapted to your customers, with preferential prices according to the volume ordered.
You will be sure to have one of the best selections of wines and spirits with the huge advantage of having only one supply, one contact, one delivery, one invoice etc...
Beyond this, you will have access to all the best bottles in the world on specific request
SUPPLIES/STOCKS :
Our first priority is to always propose you the most interesting offer of the moment.
In terms of supply, we have set up an economical and environmentally friendly organisation with the help of our 500 producers.
We replenish our stocks daily, giving priority to the best vintages. For the lesser-rated vintages, we generally have much less stock.
For very limited vintages (rare, end of great vintages, etc.), we limit sales in order to offer the possibility to as much customers as possible to access them.
However, we favour our loyal customers and those who follow all the vintages offered.
Information: sensitive orders/shipping during hot periods.
1) orders of 1 to 21 bottles
These are sent by courier and delivered for the most part within 24 hours (except for Brittany: 48 hours) anywhere in France.
The packages leave our air-conditioned warehouses in the afternoon.
Then they are mainly transited during the night, for delivery the next morning in the majority of cases.
During heatwaves, for orders containing red and white sensitive wines, we exceptionally decide to postpone these shipments. We try, as far as possible, to inform you by phone or email as soon as possible.
Do not hesitate to inform us of your wishes during these sensitive periods.
2) orders over 21 bottles
These are sent by carrier and delivered in most cases within 48/72 hours anywhere in France.
The pallets leave our air-conditioned warehouses in the early afternoon.
Then they transit through agencies with air-conditioned areas.
During hot weather we use the same rules as above (postponements of deliveries for certain orders).
A follow-up is usually sent to you the next morning, following your shipment.
If you wish to interfere with the delivery, please call us as soon as possible.
PACKAGING :
Our fully recyclable reinforced and partitioned packaging is used for all shipments of 1-21 bottles and for magnums
Beyond that, our shipments are generally shipped on pallets (except for orders to distant destinations).
Products such as glassware, for example, are also repackaged in special packages.

You want to offer a good bottle, a magnum, a mixed case (already created or made to measure), or even a vintage from the year of birth of a loved one...

To find the right gift, you have all the choices:
- you select a reference or you ask us for a quote on a specific product (appellation, vintage, producer, container ...)
