"Cyprien Arlaud a rejoint le domaine en 1997 et vinifie depuis 2004, aidé aux vignes par sa sœur qui a créé une société de labour à cheval. Quinze hectares principalement sur Morey, dont quatre premiers crus, quatre grands crus et cinq hectares de Bourgogne Roncevie qui furent autrefois classés en Gevrey village.
L'activité domaine est complétée par 3,5 hectares de négoce sous l'étiquette &Arlaud. La vendange entière a été développée depuis 2008 mais le pourcentage de raísins non égrappés varie selon les millésimes pour garder une cohérence aux vins et ne dépasse pas 30%.
